- The creation brings together 4,410 natural diamonds, totaling 1,373.39 carats, with a standout Fancy Vivid Yellow diamond of 75.54 ct in the center.
Built from 3,218 components, the piece required more than 1,000 hours of work by 15 artisans, combining high jewelry, engineering, and an articulated structure designed to follow the movements of the body.

For the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Jacob wore the $814,000 Caviar Tourbillon Yellow Sapphires: an 18K rose gold creation covered in invisibly set yellow sapphires, with a flying tourbillon at 6 o’clock.
Inside, the automatic JCAA43 calibre brings together 216 components and a 42-hour power reserve. Even the movement gets the jewelry treatment, set with 338 brilliant-cut diamonds.
And then there’s what he helped bring to the runway.
